Welcome
Welcome to the website of the independent user group of the Heritage Cirqa library management system: the Heritage User Group (HUG).
The group exists for users to share information and experiences, discuss problems and identify current and future needs and help shape the future development of the system. The group is run by volunteers on a non-commercial basis. We are independent of the software vendor, IS Oxford but have had a long-standing and very positive relationship with them over the years.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The final HUG event will be the Summer Meeting in Birmingham on 17th June 2026, after which the group will be formally wound up. The Committee is sad that it has had to make this decision, but we celebrate all that has been achieved over 25 years of activity. This website will be maintained until April 2027.
