The Members Only Area can only be accessed by registered Heritage User Group members - a username and password will be issued on registration to the Heritage User Group.
Information submitted through web forms will not be shown or sold to any third party and will be used only for the purposes stated (ie to register you as a member, to register you for an event or to update your membership details). You can request to see the personal data hugonline.co.uk keeps about you at any time (contact webmaster@hugonline.co.uk) and you can update the information through the 'Registration/Update your Membership form' in the Members Section.
You can request to have the personal information we store about you deleted by emailing webmaster@hugonline.co.uk.
Log Files
hugonline.co.uk collects details about your computer - for example which operating system and browser you are using. None of this information can identify you personally. We use this information to compile statistics for use in future adjustments to the design of the site. hugonline.co.uk does not share these statistics with any third party.
